The Commissioner license is: valid for the specific region or specific hunt area as designated by the successful bidder at the time of application. Once the Commissioner license is issuedto the specific region, it can not be cancelled, fee refunded, or transferred to another individual. Elk hunt areas 75, 77, 79 in Grand Teton National Park are NOT INCLUDED. Proceeds from the license will support the Wyoming Sportsman's Group in Northeast Wyoming.
